Hubert is an explorer at heart, passionate about guiding others on their journey to a deeper relationship with God and with one another in authentic community, and helping others listen and respond to God\u2019s still small voice in their lives. He strongly believes that the conditions for life transformations are in small groups and that spiritual growth and discipleship is the most fruitful when people know and experience God in a personal way. He also loves guiding people in discovering, developing and deploying their spiritual gifts and talents according to God\u2019s will.<\/p>\n

Hubert was an entrepreneur, working in his father\u2019s company as CEO & Director of Marketing for 17 years before responding to God\u2019s call for full time ministry. With over 25 years of experience in\u00a0lay ministry and 17 years in pastoral ministry, he recently\u00a0completed his research on \"Exploring the Impact of Spiritual Friends in the Pursuit of God\" and received his Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation with Tyndale University College and Seminary, located in Toronto, Canada.<\/p>\n

Hubert is a qualified spiritual director\u00a0and serves as the Toronto Board Chair of the New York Theological Education Center and China Online School of Theology. He loves\u00a0travelling the world,\u00a0exploring new experiences with his family and friends, and enjoys conversations with friends over great meals. His hobbies include going to the gym, swimming, hiking, and reading.<\/p>\n

Hubert resides in Stouffville with his wife, Bernice. They have four grown up children Tianne, Jonathan, Christine, Tiffany, and son-in-law, Yam Ki as well as daughter-in-law, Marijke.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
